Written and directed by Morgan Rutty. this short film features a young man whose mother, is battling with a decline in health and on the brink of debt due to a loss of her health insurance and her medication running out.
The short film follows the story of Dj as he grapples with the decision of entering the high stakes of lottery scamming, a route to quick cash offered by his friend CJ.
A battle ensues between this young man’s morality and his mother’s mortality.
