Synopsis

Quality of Customer Service Boosts Productivity

My project is sensitizing and demonstrating to staff members of the Tax Administration of Jamaica how to effectively use the telephone professionally at work. It is about proper telephone etiquette. The purpose of that target market is that they( TAJ)  are the largest government Department that has a lot of traffic and they are tasked with collecting the country’s revenue. My overall theme is ‘Quality Customer Service Boosts Productivity”
